"I founded GVL in 2009 where I embarked on changing the way in which recruitment is carried out. I had previously worked for over ten years within both corporate and commercial recruitment environments so have seen it all! The experience I gained from my time working in both high street and executive search agencies gave me the confidence and passion to start up my own organisation. My main goal for GVL has always been to create an agency who puts it's morals before winning a deal. We work hard to add value to our clients recruitment process and always treat people how we would like to be treated. I saw a gap in the market for a quality, integrity led recruitment consultancy so decided to jump in feet first and five years on we continue to grow and diversify in a forever changing market."
